1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OuroTrips platform and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) as a binding legal agreement between you ("User") and OuroTrips, a subsidiary business venture of Ouro Travels & Tours. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.


2. Changes to Terms

OuroTrips may revise these Terms at any time. Changes apply from the date posted. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, cease use immediately.


3. Scope of Services

OuroTrips provides travel services including flights, hotels, holiday packages, and related travel experiences ("Services"). We act as an intermediary between Users and service providers. You must comply with each provider's terms (fares, cancellation policies, etc.). All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.


4. Registration & Account Security

To use certain services, you must register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and account security. Report any unauthorized access to us promptly. We are not liable for losses due to compromised account credentials.


5. Fees, Charges & Payments

  1. All quoted prices excludes applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.
  2. We reserve the right to add or adjust fees for transactions.
  3. If payment is under-collected due to errors, we retain the right to recover additional amounts.
  4. Refunds for cancelled or unconfirmed bookings will be processed in accordance with provider policies. You must request refunds within 30 days from the service date or booking date, as applicable.


6. Booking Confirmation, Cancellation & Refunds

  1. Confirmation of bookings depends on third-party partners. If a provider delays or rejects, we'll offer either (a) a refund or (b) alternative arrangements.
  2. Refunds for cancellations will be handled following provider policies. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant date.


7. Documentation & Visa Requirement

  1. It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, travel documents, and meet health and entry requirements.
  2. We are not liable for issues arising from missing, expired, or incorrect documentation, including entry refusal.


8. Third-Party Links & Advertisers

  1. Our site may feature links to third-party websites or offers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites.
  2. Inclusion of third-party links or ads does not imply endorsement.


9. Force Majeure

  1. We and our partners are not liable for delays, interruptions or cancellations resulting from events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, acts of government).
  2. If notified in time, we’ll assist in finding alternatives or processing refunds per provider policies.


10. Limitation of Liability

  1. Our liability for any claim-direct or indirect-is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
  2. We are not responsible for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business or data.


11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OuroTrips, Ouro Travels & Tours, their officers, employees, partners, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or liabilities arising from:

  1. Your violation or non-compliance with these Terms or applicable laws.
  2. Your negligence, misconduct, or misuse of our services.


12. Termination

  1. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking, deny access to our services, or suspend your account at our discretion.
  2. We may do so if your provided information is false, incomplete, or if you violate these Terms.


13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, only that provision is affected. The remaining terms remain in full force and effect.


14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
  2. Any dispute not resolved amicably should be submitted to the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
